- 2 cups of white rice
- 3 cups of water
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Rinse the rice and drain the water.
- In a cauldron, add water, oil and salt.
- Wait for the water to boil.
- Add the rice.
- Cook over high heat until the water evaporates.
- Lower to medium heat, stir, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir the rice and cook for 10 minutes.
