Vegetable & Ham Souffle

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 7.6 oz table cream
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz carrots, diced
  • 8 oz peas
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 sliced ​​ham, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation:

  • In a pan, melt the butter.
  • Add the onion and cook on medium temperature until transparent.
  • Add the ham.
  • In a bowl, add the table cream, cheese, peas,carrots, egg  and salt.
  • Mix.
  • Add the ham and onion and stir.
  • In a muffin pan, add a large spoonful in each hole, and then add the parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350 ° F for 30 minutes.
