
Ingredients:
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 7.6 oz table cream
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz carrots, diced
- 8 oz peas
- Salt to taste
- 8 sliced ham, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation:
- In a pan, melt the butter.
- Add the onion and cook on medium temperature until transparent.
- Add the ham.
- In a bowl, add the table cream, cheese, peas,carrots, egg and salt.
- Mix.
- Add the ham and onion and stir.
- In a muffin pan, add a large spoonful in each hole, and then add the parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 ° F for 30 minutes.
