Sweet Plantain Cake




  • Separate the egg whites.
  • Peel the plantain and cut into small squares.
  • Fry the plantain until golden brown.
  • In a large bowl, add the egg whites.
  • Whip the egg whites until they are stiff
  • Add the egg yolks and whip
  • Add the plantain and cheese
  • Stir
  • In a greased pan, add the mixture.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
