
Ingredients:
- 6 sliced potatoes
- 1 white onion chopped in julienne
- 10 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:
- In a pan, add olive oil and heat.
- Add the chopped potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- When the potatoes are cooked, add the white onion and a little salt.
- Mix and wait 10 minutes.
- Drain the oil.
- In a large cup, add the 10 eggs and salt to taste.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the potatoes and stir with the eggs.
- In a large, hot pan, add this mixture.
- Wait for the eggs to cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip the tortilla.
- Cook for 4 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from pan.
- Enjoy.
