Ingredients:
- 1 lb white rice
- 2 lb shrimp with shells
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup of red pepper, diced
- 1 cup of green pepper, diced
- 4 celery sticks, diced
- 4 sticks green onions, diced
- 1 lb. of tomato, diced
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp curry
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

- Peel the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp shells in water.
- Blend with a little of this water.
- Strain over the cauldron that you will use to prepare the rice.
- Add the coconut milk through the strainer.
- Add salt.
- Add the rice.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, add butter and melt.
- Add garlic and shrimp.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Add olive oil and onions.
- Stir.
- Add green pepper, red pepper, tomato and stir.
- Add garlic, pepper, curry, salt, shrimp, and chives.
- Stir and add the rice.
- Stir all the ingredients.
- Enjoy with green plantains.
