Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp ground all spice to taste
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the pork and beef.
- Add the eggs, cinnamon and knead.
- Add the salt, black pepper, all spice, and knead.
- Shape the meat into a ball.
- Colocar en un recipiente de vidrio.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Uncover and bake for 10 min.
- Poke holes into the meatloaf and slice.
