Pork Loin in Prune Sauce


  • 5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic pasta
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 16 gr grated ginger
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 20 prunes
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Cut the surface of the loin

  • Poke holes all over the loin
  • Flip around and cut the extra part that is below

  • In a cup, add the loin, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, white vinegar, garlic paste, cinnamon, tomato sauce, ginger, onion, prunes and salt.
  • Stir and cover.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • In a cauldron, melt butter and sugar.
  • Cook on high heat and seal the loin on both sides.

  • Add the previous mixture to the cauldron.
  • Add 2 cups of hot water.
  • Cover and cook on high until the water is boiling, and lower to medium temperature.
  • Turn over every 30 minutes.

  • Total cooking time 90 minutes.
  • Cut the loin into slices.
  • Blend the mixture that was left in the cauldron.
  • Make a sauce and pour over the tenderloin.
