Ingredients:
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 6 prunes
- 6 pineapple slices
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of pineapple juice.
Preparation:
- Note: (prepare according to the instructions of the box, replace water with pineapple juice)
- Add the flour, eggs and oil.
- Stir.
- Add 1/3 cup of pineapple juice.
- Beat for 2 minutes on high.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake Preparation:
- In a round cake pan, grease and add flour so that the cake does not stick.
- Remove the flour that is left over.
- Place 5 slices of pineapple in the pan and one in the center.
- Add the prunes in the center of each pineapple slice.
- Add the syrup.
- Add the cake mixture.
- Bake at 350 ° F for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Turn over.
