How to Make a Stuffed Chicken


  • 1 Chicken 5-6 Lbs
  • 1 Lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • Juice from two oranges
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 10 green olives
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 sliced ​​carrot
  • Peels from 1 orange
  • 3 celery sticks, chopped

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • Bone the chicken. Follow the instructions in the video below.
  • Mix mustard, lemon salt and garlic.
  • Marinate the chicken with this mixture inside and out.
  • In a large cup, add pork and beef, egg, diced carrot, capers, raisins, garlic, salt, and ground pepper.
