Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cdta cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder red
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 3 oz half & half
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
- In a pan, add the tomato, paprika and onion.
- Add the chicken, salt, pepper and white vinegar.
- Cook over medium temperature.
- Let the chicken cool and shred it.
- In a pan, add the shredded chicken
- Add the chili powder, the paprika and the garlic paste and stir.
- Add the milk and cream, the coriander, cumin and the lemon.
- Add pepper and stir.
- Enjoy with tacos or arepas or hominy corn rolls.
