Creamy Chicken for Tacos



  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cdta cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder red
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 oz half & half
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon


  • In a pan, add the tomato, paprika and onion.
  • Add the chicken, salt, pepper and white vinegar.
  • Cook over medium temperature.
  • Let the chicken cool and shred it.
  • In a pan, add the shredded chicken
  • Add the chili powder, the paprika and the garlic paste and stir.
  • Add the milk and cream, the coriander, cumin and the lemon.
  • Add pepper and stir.
  • Enjoy with tacos or arepas or hominy corn rolls.
