
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 cup of sweet corn
- 6 chopped chives
- 1 bunch of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup of cranberries
- 1 cup of red pepper. diced
- 1 cup of green pepper, diced
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, add the corn, chives, cilantro, cranberries, walnuts, red pepper, green pepper, walnuts, oil, lemon and soy sauce.


- Prepare white rice (recipe here).
- When the rice is ready, stir all the ingredients with the rice and serve.
