Colombian Cheese Bread (Pandebono)


  • 1 Box of pandebono Mix
  • 3.5 Cups of grated white cheese
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 3 tbsp butter


  • In a large bowl, add the pandebono mixture
  • Add cheese and stir
  • Add the butter
  • Add the water little by little
  • Knead
  • Form a small ball with your hand
  • Flatten the ball
  • Bake at 450º F (232ºC) for 10-12 min
  • Enjoy with  Colombian coffee!
