Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb cauliflower
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3 chopped green onion stems
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 lb tofu
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Remove the cauliflower stems.
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces.
- Chop the cauliflower in a food grinder.
- Place the tofu on a plate.
- Add 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- Add a little garlic and mix.
- On a pan, place 1 tbsp sesame oil.
- Sauté the tofu at medium temperature for 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the tofu from the pan.
- In the same pan, add 1 tsp of oil, 1 tsp of garlic and ginger.
- Add the onion and saute until it crystallizes.
- Add the carrot and saute for 2 min.
- Add the peas, stir and saute.
- While the vegetables are on the pan, cut the tofu into small squares.
- Separate the vegetables to one side of the pan.
- Add the eggs on the other half of the pan.
- Let the egg cook, and then stir with the vegetables.
- In another pan, add sesame oil and cauliflower.
- Add the pepper and stir.
- Add the tofu and stir.
- Add the vegetables and stir.
- Add the soy sauce and a little salt.
- Add the green onions.
- Stir and serve.
